Best Hostel - Kathmandu

We had such a peaceful and comfortable stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling city center and Thamel. The facilities were great, and the best part was the friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to meet Sunny and Bishnu, were very good to make our trip nice. We didn't have any plans for our time in Nepal, but Sunny arranged a week's worth of very nice activities for us. Highly recommended. we had a fantastic experience at this hostel.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist guests, whether it's arranging transport or providing basic amenities. The rooms, although not exactly like in the pictures, are comfortable and come with clean sheets and blankets. Plus, the location is ideal, situated in a quiet area but still close to the tourist highlights and embassies.

All was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

Our romantic getaway was made even better with the delicious breakfast options served in the beautiful garden, alongside the daily supply of newspapers. the friendly staff were always happy to assist with our queries and needs. the location was perfect for us to explore the nearby attractions.

Although the room was comfortable, some minor maintenance problems arose that could be improved. the noise level from the nearby hospital was a bit of a disturbance at times, though the serene atmosphere made up for this setback.

The views from the rooms are not particularly attractive and the establishment is limited to just three levels, which limits the possibility of experiencing outstanding views. being an economy stay, it might not meet the luxury standards of Western hotels, but that is to be expected given the price.

We especially appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the hotel as a whole.
